Estonia itself is wonderful. IST faculty and most admin are great. However: no HR department; class sizes have been increased to 24 from the 18 that teachers and parents were originally told; teachers tutor or have after school clubs to make extra money; no weekly schedule for aftercare or lunch duty (you will receive a text message an hour or two hours before you are needed) ; inflation eats into any possible savings and the school does not have a cost of living allowance or salary schedule. It is obviously run as a business- the owner is Mainor Group, a company with a business college.
