Tough uncompromising hours and workload. Lot's of meetings and extra-curricular commitments. Turnover of teachers has been very high, particularly in the senior school. The location of KCB is very expensive in terms of rent. Teachers with families normally have to pay well over the housing stipend to find suitable accommodation.
